Confirmation step before "Receive All" on inbound shipments

Add a second-step confirmation dialog when a user clicks "Receive All" on an inbound shipment, similar to the confirmation shown when deleting. Warehouse staff have hit "Receive All" by accident, which overwrites the received quantities and destroys the record of what had actually been counted versus what had not, forcing a full physical recount of every box.
