"Update and Save Services to Item" in the Add Services to All Items flow
The per-item services slideover has an option to save the selected services permanently to the inventory item. The bulk "Add Services to All Items" flow does not, so services applied in bulk only affect that shipment. Add the same save-to-item action to the bulk flow so services can be persisted to all selected items at once.

Print a box information label from an outbound box group
Add a button on each box group row in an outbound shipment (next to the existing save/dimensions action) that saves the box dimensions and prints an identification label the same size as the FNSKU label, containing: Customer Name, Outbound Name, and Box Number. Requested wording: "Save and print box information". Warehouses running multiple packing stations for different customers at once currently write box numbers on cartons by hand, and boxes from different shipments get mixed up.

Confirmation step before "Receive All" on inbound shipments
Add a second-step confirmation dialog when a user clicks "Receive All" on an inbound shipment, similar to the confirmation shown when deleting. Warehouse staff have hit "Receive All" by accident, which overwrites the received quantities and destroys the record of what had actually been counted versus what had not, forcing a full physical recount of every box.

Master carton label (4x6) with carton ID barcode, and scan the carton to fill box contents
Add a printable 4x6 carton label so a carton is handled once, labeled at receiving, and identified later without reopening it. Requested contents: - Ship To address (warehouse address) - Carton ID barcode with text, e.g. INSH-003 - Reference ID barcode with text, e.g. INSH-072026-1141858 - Identifiers section for UPC, EAN, ASIN, FNSKU (one of each, most recent only) - Two barcodes: FNSKU, plus UPC or EAN with UPC prioritized - Units in carton - Expiration date, when available - Carton number, e.g. 3 OF 200 Then in Outbound > FBA > Box Contents, allow scanning the carton ID barcode to load that carton's case configuration into a box, instead of adding one unit per scan. Also useful for clients to print and attach to boxes shipping direct from the manufacturer. Requested by a warehouse running several orders at once that currently loses time sorting cartons.

Create a case pack configuration from the shipment, without opening item details
Today a case/group configuration can only be created from the item details page (Inventory item > Group Configurations). Warehouse staff receiving cartons capture the case pack as they go, and leaving the receiving screen to define it breaks the flow. Add a popup or quick form to create a group configuration inline from the inbound shipment (for example from Add Cases), covering units per case, dimensions, and weight.

Save LTL facility requirements in settings (auto-apply to every LTL shipment)
Allow prep centers to save their facility/pickup requirements (pickup hours, liftgate service, maximum truck length, and similar dispatcher instructions) in account settings so they are automatically applied to every LTL shipment. Today these have to be emailed to the dispatcher on each shipment, where they are sometimes entered incorrectly or missed, forcing a callback and reschedule that can delay pickups by several days. Requested by Logistics Prep Center.

Customizable dashboard reports/widgets
Let merchants customize the reports shown on their dashboard rather than being limited to the fixed default widgets. For example, choosing the time window for the 'units shipped' widget (7 days, 30 days, etc.) and tracking progress toward a custom monthly target or minimum. The concrete request that prompted this: a client wants a 30-day units-shipped view to monitor their progress toward a 250-unit monthly minimum, alongside the existing 'units shipped in the last 7 days' widget. Requested via 1 Stop Prep on behalf of one of their clients.

Webhook when a tracking number is added or updated
Hello PrepBusiness Support, We are planning to implement a semi-automated receiving workflow for Online Arbitrage packages in our prep center. We tested the βTracking β Updatedβ webhook. It appears to trigger when the carrier updates the delivery status, for example when a shipment is marked as delivered. However, it does not appear to trigger when a client adds or edits a tracking number in PrepBusiness. We would like to request a separate webhook event that is triggered whenever: a tracking number is added to an inbound shipment; an existing tracking number is modified; a tracking number is removed. Ideally, the webhook payload should include: tracking number; merchant/client ID and name; inbound shipment ID; inbound shipment status; date and time of the change; event type: tracking added, updated or removed. We need this functionality to synchronize announced tracking numbers with our receiving application. When a package arrives, our employee will scan it and the application will verify whether the tracking number was previously registered by the client. If such a webhook is not currently available, could you please confirm whether: You can add it as a new feature; You offer an API endpoint for searching inbound shipments by tracking number; The βInbound Shipment β Createdβ webhook contains the tracking number and merchant information; There is another existing method for detecting when a client adds or modifies a tracking number. This functionality would significantly improve our receiving process and reduce the manual handling of unannounced packages. Thank you.

Per-client notification preferences
Right now notification settings apply to all clients at once. We have clients who want the Inbound Shipment Receiving Report email and clients who explicitly don't, so a global toggle can't serve both. Please add the ability to enable/disable notifications per client, or better yet, let clients manage their own notification preferences in their portal settings. Much thanks!

API endpoints for the Fix Issues feature
Expose and document public API endpoints for the Fix Issues workflow so warehouses can automate it from their own systems. Requested capabilities: upload photos to a Fix Issue, set the issue reason/category, add comments/notes, and create or update a Fix Issue programmatically. Note: hold until the planned restructuring of how unsellable items appear in Fix Issues lands, then expose endpoints matching the new structure. Requested by Douglas Couto (prepcentertaxfree.com).

having the option when packing a shippment to be able to add the box group and then scan each products fnsku as we place them in the box to automaticly add that unit to the box group would be great. This would avoid the potential of misspicks and speed up the packing process

One-Click Order Identification Labels with Barcode Support
Hi, I would like to suggest a feature that would allow users to print an order identification label with a single click. The label could include key information such as the supplier/retailer name, order number, and any other relevant order details selected by the user. This would be especially useful for prep centers that process orders in multiple stages. The label could be attached directly to a customer's tote, bin, or container, making it easy to identify and track orders throughout the entire workflow. Many prep centers handle large volumes of incoming packages every day. In many cases, staff members need to manually write order information on containers to keep everything organized. This process is time-consuming, inefficient, and increases the risk of errors. A dedicated label-printing feature would streamline operations and improve accuracy. Additionally, it would be highly beneficial if the label could automatically generate a barcode linked to the order. By scanning the barcode, users could be taken directly to the corresponding order within PrepBusiness, eliminating the need to manually search for it and significantly speeding up processing. To maximize flexibility, users should also be able to choose any installed printer, including standard desktop printers and thermal label printers. Benefits: Faster order identification and organization Reduced manual work and data entry Fewer operational errors Instant access to orders through barcode scanning Improved workflow efficiency Better scalability for high-volume operations Flexibility to use any installed printer This feature would benefit prep centers of all sizes and workflows, while being particularly valuable for operations handling large numbers of incoming orders and packages. Best regards, Constantin

Reflect already-allocated locations in the outbound shipment location picker
When selecting locations on an outbound shipment, locations already allocated to another open (not yet shipped) outbound shipment still appear as available in the picker. They only disappear once the earlier shipment is shipped. With multiple open shipments this is confusing and risks double-allocating the same location's stock. Request: flag or hide locations whose stock is already committed to another open outbound shipment.

Unsellable Inventory & Fix Issues Page
On the inventory page, there should be a column for unsellable quantity or least an option to enable that column. For items in an Inbound Shipment that are marked as unsellable, they show in the Fix Issues page. From here if we convert to sellable, they show up in the inventory page as available units, but in the inbound shipment, the units just disappears. It should show up as received units in the inbound shipment page since it is sellable.

Add optional FNSKU validation in Scan and Pack
Add an optional Scan and Pack validation setting for shipments with mixed barcode workflows. When enabled, the scanner should accept valid FNSKU labels, accept manufacturer barcodes only when the SKU is configured as commingled, and show an error such as "Item requires an FNSKU label" when a unit still requires FNSKU labeling. This would reduce packing errors on high-SKU shipments where items may have FNSKU labels, manufacturer barcodes, and custom identifiers.
